I bought this Renewed IPhone 14 Pro Max in deep purple. I bought it in excellent condition and it came with 83 percent battery life. The phone truly is in excellent condition, it looks new! I was able to activate it with service no problem. I been using it for a few days and have had no issues. I absolutely love it and love the fact that I was able to afford it since the price was so good. I truly recommend buying renewed iPhones on Amazon because it allows you to save money and get a better, newer phone. If you’re thinking about it, do it, you won’t regret it!

I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel like I had to. I received this phone a couple of days ago and it is in immaculate condition. I bought it from the seller Stone Digital and I can’t say enough about them! Last week I ordered a different phone from another seller that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. Firstly, it showed up in an envelope, not in a box. Inside it was only shipped in a bubble wrap envelope that was extremely thin. No clue if it was broken from shipping or not because I never turned it on. The thing had scratches alllllllll over it. It was complete garbage, so I returned it. Stone Digital sent this phone in an actual shipping box. The box the phone was in was wrapped in thick bubble wrap. The phone was in a box that resembled the original iPhone box. The phone came with a charger, phone case, and even a glass screen protector. This was a pleasant surprise! The phone looks completely brand new. There isn’t one scratch on the phone and the battery health is still at 90%!!! The best part…. It was about $50 cheaper for the same phone from other sellers on here and $100 cheaper than Verizon. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a reconditioned phone try to find one sold by Stone Digital. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Phone great but deliver issues
The product was amazing!! But you might need to get another delivery account! FedEx gave my daughter & I so many issues it took an extra day for her to get the phone so need less to say she lost money for taking a day to wait for the device & it wasn’t delivered on time & they left a notice on the door while she was home never knocked.

EXCELLENT CONDITION AS STATED!
The phone quality was what it stated. EXCELLENT condition. The external is flawless with no scratches or cracks and no issues so far with the phone itself. We were unsure of the deep purple color at first but it is truly a deep purple (unlike what you see in the photos). You can’t tell from a distance if it is purple, blue, or gray.

Iphone 14 Pro max (Refurbished)
i was a little hesitant on buying this iphone because i wasn’t sure if the battery life would be good or not. i was hoping for above 85% and it’s at 84%, so not the worst. it’s obviously not brand new it was purchased in 2022 but still in great condition. the phone hardly has any scratches, maybe just a few tiny ones on the screen but they’re super small and honestly not even noticeable. i got my phone the next day, so it came in less than 24 hours and i’m in love! it works perfectly and i’ve had no issues at all.

Screen Blacks out constantly.
The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx’s problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it’s fine, I have chargers at home.Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn’t use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there’s nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that’s a hardware issue. As of right now, I’ve had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It’s extremely frustrating because I don’t/can’t fork out $700 for another phone.As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states “100%” and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they’re more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can’t say that I’ll buy another phone on Amazon. I’ll probably do what I should’ve done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple.

Good Purchase – Iphone 14 Pro Max 265GB
I was Pleasantly Surprised by the State of the Phone which came Clean and Neat, Although It had Scratches that where slightly visible on the screen and housing but Bought the phone in “Good” Condition. Also Battery Health Was at 88% which is fair, and after using it for a couple of Days and holds good battery Charge but would have been nice to get at least a 95%. I Definitely would recommend The Seller and buy more devices in future.

I took a chance on this because I didn’t want to pay the kind of money they want for a 16 Pro Max. This phone works great and considering the fact that it has a terabyte of space I thought the price was excellent. I’m really happy with the phone Short of having a camera button on the side. I don’t really see any features that I’m really missing out on so the price point was excellent.

Just in case your buying from Canada I got the phone in excellent condition no issues at all even came with 2 years apple care with was really unexpected but I am very happy.So just so if your buying from Canada this phone did not come with a SIM card tray so it was a bit of a pain to get the e sim but other then that thank you for an amazing phone I am changing my review from the original 4 star to a 5. Update I been using phone for about 2 weeks and I have no issues whatsoever the battery life is amazing it shows that the battery capacity is 89% but the battery lasts me at least 2 day with out charge extremely happy with my purchase
