Very satisfied. Elegant design, set up was a snap with guided step by step video instructions. Got it on sale via Amazon so great value as well. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t need a laptop.

This computer—All-in-One, is superb! It’s very fast and was so easy to set-up. It is a quality piece of equipment. My only complaint is seems like in this day and age no one includes manuals anymore. That ‘s my only complaint. Otherwise it’s a 10 out of 10.

Easy to set up!
Despite the price ($529 on sale) – this fits my budget of less than $1000! I’ve upgraded from an old iMac that was so slow and this one fits the bill for being faster and more efficient. Having a wireless mouse and keyboard is a plus. I’m not a fan of the pop-up camera as it needs more finesse to pop out naturally – for me it seems so rough popping it in and out. Still trying to figure it out and will update my review along the way. It came nicely package, value for the money is on point, the size is perfect – not too big or small, it looks sleek but the sound quality is warbled. It can’t be all perfect for its price. I’d still recommend as a start up computer as it is budget friendly!

Very nice for the price
I bought this to replace my 8 year old desk top computer. Set up was easy (there’s a video) facial recognition works great, the glare resistant screen is excellent, great speed and a great buy.

System only responded to numbers and not letters typed from the keyboard.
I had nothing but bad luck with this computer. To begin with the system would not let me set up facial recognition I had to sign in with my password every time I used the computer, even if I only left the computer for a few minutes. But the major problem with the system is that after only 1 day of use, the system would only recognize numbers and not letters typed from the keyboard. I thought the keyboard was the problem, so I connected my old keyboard, and the problem was the same. Therefore, the problem was the computer and not the keyboard. Even though the system came with a year of tech support, they failed to give me any information on how to contact tech support. So I had to return the system. I guess I will stay with my old computer system that is slow but works just fine.

it was very expensive not intuitive and the setup instructions were useless, the wireless key board does not work nor the wireless mouse.
