Perfect Little Gadget for My Raspberry Pi Adventures

Works like a charm
I was a little skeptical on buying this, thinking it might be a little too cheap and not durable enough quality wise. Pleasantly surprised by the quality though. I’ve used just about every single port on it now and haven’t had a single issue with compatibility. It pulls up everything on my PC just fine and haven’t had a single issue with cards not fitting in it right or not reading properly.

Works as advertised, but no better than cheaper SD card dongle reader that plugs directly into port.USB lead is kind of worthless. Too short to have unit rest on top of machine or hang to rest on desk.. too long to fit nicely on machine…There are cd/dvd read write Re with card options… some even with an RJ45 ethernet connevtor for a few bucks .ore…Pushing Windows 11 on us is forcing many to buy machines missing many “comfort” accessories and interfaces.More Awkward to insert or remove cards when unit is attached tonport.

Inexpensive, small, useful for all sd cards.
A lot of the new laptops and many desktops don’t come with an card reader. This is light weight, small reads the sd cards and as yet laptops and desktops still have USB ports so it works.

Easy peasy
Easy to use. There are slots for your memory cards. Put one in, plug it into your computer/ tablet whatever. Does not come with directions. But if you need them then you probably cannot read this anyway so this won’t help.

Very simple to use card reader which is essential for your camera and other devices using an SD etc type memory card when you have a modern slimline laptop without a built-in reader. I think it is much better to have a reader like this, connected by a lead than one that plugs straight into the USB port as it doesn’t transfer the force of an accidental knock etc directly to the computer and preserves the accessibility of a second USB. Very simple ‘plug and use’, no instructions required. Lots of these on the market, this one has good versatility and a realistic price. It has been in frequent use for over a month without any problems encountered with data/photo transfers. Highly recommended.
