Trigger Works Perfectly—Customer Service Doesn’t Exist
Bought this Jetunit trigger for my 1994 Mercury 150 XR6 Black Max along with a few other parts, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. After sitting for two months, the motor cranked over immediately once this was installed. Packaging was solid, and unlike the Jetunit stator I reviewed, this one actually came with a spec sheet — which was a huge relief.I’m giving it 4 stars for one reason: customer service is basically a ghost. Jetunit claims there’s a 1-year warranty, but I couldn’t find a website, email, phone number — nothing. Not even ChatGPT could track anything down, lol. So if something goes wrong, I’ll be relying on Amazon to sort it out.But for now, everything runs great, the part fits perfectly, and the motor is happy.Hope this helps anyone else out there in the same boat… literally. Good luck!
Terrible customer service
This product lasted about 5 months, have spent the last two weeks emailing back and forth with Jetunit customer service to get it replaced under warranty. After multiple times getting the same out of spec ohm reading I was told I was checking it incorrectly and that I need to redo the ohm reading again.
